Wedding production transforming the former JP Morgan Chase headquarters at 23 Wall Street into an unconventional venue across cocktail, dinner, and nightclub atmospheres.

23 Wall Street — the former JP Morgan Chase headquarters across from the New York Stock Exchange — needed to be transformed into an unconventional wedding venue.
The couple envisioned hosting 160 guests across three distinct experiences: an opening cocktail reception, formal seated dinner, and late-night nightclub atmosphere — explicitly rejecting traditional wedding aesthetics.
Transform a storied financial institution with significant infrastructure limitations (no air conditioning, insufficient power supply) into a venue that could move seamlessly between elegant dining and high-energy celebration.
The primary challenge wasn't logistics but clarity: synthesising an extensive 80-page mood board into a coherent, executable vision.
Rather than implement every reference, we identified core themes and consolidated them into three focused concept pages. This strategic distillation provided clear direction for the venue transformation.
The execution progressed through distinct phases: cocktail hour showcased the building's architectural character, followed by an intimate dinner beneath the space's double-height ceiling with two dramatic long tables. The evening concluded with a full-scale nightclub experience.
