As Seed.
A Climate Week NYC immersive installation with digital artist Diana Lynn VanderMeulen examining the intersection of digital art and land conservation.

Montauk Capital is a climate-tech incubator dedicated to fostering impactful companies through founder collaboration.
During NYC Climate Week's crowded event landscape — over 600 events — they sought to create a standout gathering that would meaningfully connect funders and founders.
Early Spring partnered with digital artist Diana Lynn VanderMeulen on Pixel As Seed — an immersive installation examining how digital art and land conservation intersect, drawing from the artist's work restoring abandoned farmland.
The installation differentiated Montauk Capital from the typical climate-tech event format. Instead of fireside conversations and pitches in formal corporate settings, the approach fostered organic networking and genuine dialogue — making it a recognised standout of the week.
